The moment a customer pays, a shipment is created. You drop the parcel, we handle the rest — and both of you get live updates on WhatsApp.

How it works

When a sale completes, Noeva books the shipment with our courier network automatically. You get a WhatsApp message with the drop-off instructions; your customer gets a tracking message in their own WhatsApp thread. No portals to log into.

Two delivery options

  • Locker pickup.Your customer collects from their nearest locker, on their own time. Cheaper than door delivery, and works for anyone who isn't home during the day.
  • Door delivery. 2–3 business days to most metros, longer to rural areas. Standard tracked courier service.

Dropping off your parcel

You can drop at any locker location near you, or schedule a courier collection from your door. Pack the order, stick the waybill on, and you're done.

Tracking

Both you and your customer get WhatsApp messages at every step: order confirmed, collected from seller, in transit, ready for pickup / out for delivery, and delivered. Customers stop asking “where's my order?” because the bot tells them first.

What if something goes wrong?

Lost or damaged parcels are covered by the courier's insurance. Message us on WhatsApp with the order number and we'll open the claim on your behalf — you don't deal with the courier directly.

Coverage

We ship anywhere in South Africa. Lockers are concentrated in the major metros and growing weekly into smaller towns and townships. Door delivery reaches further but takes a bit longer outside the main metros.
