Where they are
Lockers live in petrol stations, retailers, and shopping centres across the country — places people already pass through. Big metro coverage (Joburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, Bloemfontein) plus growing into Soweto, Tembisa, Khayelitsha, Umlazi, and dozens of smaller towns.
When a customer enters their postal code at checkout, we show them the closest few options with distance and address. They tap one and we book it.
How collection works
- Your customer gets a WhatsApp message when the parcel arrives.
- The message includes the locker address, opening hours, and a 4-digit PIN.
- They walk up, scan the kiosk or enter the PIN, and the door pops open. About 15 seconds.
- Parcels can sit in the locker for up to 7 days before being returned to sender. Customers get reminder messages on day 3 and day 6.
Sellers can drop at lockers too
Many sellers find it cheaper and faster to drop their outgoing parcels at a locker than to schedule a door collection. Same network, same convenience — drop on the way to anywhere.
